Where we ship from

Our products are dispatched directly from our supplier in Korea. This keeps our prices lower than they would be if we held stock ourselves, but it does mean delivery takes longer than a UK warehouse.

How long it takes

Please allow 10–18 days from the date you order. Most orders arrive within this window. Occasionally customs can add a few days.

We would rather tell you this up front than surprise you after you have paid.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Tracking information follows once the parcel is dispatched.

Where we ship to

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Customs and duties

Any customs charges, import duties or taxes applied by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. These are set by your government, not by us, and we have no way to predict or control them.
