If you are not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Get in touch through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We aim to respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Your statutory right to cancel

If you are ordering from the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This right is separate from, and in addition to, our 30-day guarantee. To cancel, contact us in writing within that period.

Opened products

Unopened items in their original packaging can always be returned. If you have opened and used the product, our 30-day guarantee still applies — just tell us how you got on with it when you contact us.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us with a photograph and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery charges you paid.
