30 day returns

If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund. You do not need to give a reason.

How to start a return

Email therealskinrise@gmail.com with your order number and we will tell you what to do next. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, email us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full. This applies regardless of the 30 day window.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us agreeing the return.

Your legal rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Our 30 day policy is offered in addition to that right, not instead of it. Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights.
