**What payment methods do you accept?**
Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard.

**How long does shipping take?**
1–2 days to process, then 3–12 business days to arrive. You'll get a tracking email once it ships.

**Do you ship internationally?**
Yes.

**What's your return policy?**
30 days for unused, unopened items. Opened skincare/cosmetics can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Email hello@skinrise.co to start a return.

**How long do refunds take?**
5–10 business days after approval.

**How do I use my SkinRise products?**
- *Glow Stick:* Swipe onto clean or made-up skin anytime for instant glow.
- *Glow Serum:* 2–3 drops on clean skin, morning and night.
- *Overnight Mask:* Apply before bed, leave on 6–8+ hours, massage in remaining essence in the morning.

**I have sensitive skin — is this safe for me?**
We recommend patch-testing 24 hours before full use.
